Roggen (rye) Malz
Rye malt can be used for speciality rye beers, rye lagers, rye ale. Gives golden colour and typical rye flavor. We recommend to keep dosage of rye malt under 7% to avoid wort separation problems.
Röstgerste (roasted barley) Malz
Roasted barley malt is used in dark beers like stouts and porters, mainly for strong coloring ability. Roasted barley will impart a dry flavor and substantial color.
